2023’s second Turtle Island SpiritQuest will be held at Bighorn Medicine Wheel. Our pilgrimages as before are in support and alignment with ancestral practices, and sacred site connection work with our beloved Mother Earth, and exercising our connection with Spirit.
This year's first Turtle Island SpiritQuest will be returning after many years to Sedona, AZ again! The immense beauty and power of this land call to many seeking on the path. With the honor of this last year to work with the land and community in Sedona, we have been able to network and come into good relations with Sedona and her people that make up a wonderful spiritual community there.
Like all of our SpiritQuests here on Turtle Island before. We bring people together around the basis of our Native American culture, sacred sites, and those local elders who have the capacity and willingness to share in their own teachings and medicine.
This will be a camping experience at the Camp Avalon Nature Retreat Center. Camp Avalon is a spiritual nature retreat where individuals and groups find space to reflect and grow. If you are unable to camp, please reach out to discuss other potential accommodations.
Price includes one meal a day (large brunch) , coffee, and tea will be provided for. Typically at each SpiritQuest people bring a dish to share as a potluck for each dinner. Making sure to also bring your own snacks and food for lunch as we are out and about. Leading up to the sweat lodge it is recommended to either fast or eat light foods.
Bringing your own camping equipment is essential, if there is something you are missing or have a question about in regards to camping please do private message us, as to be prepared!
